Hi! I’m Shen. I’d like to share my experiences with the new Go To Eat program.<\/p>\n

Here’s a summary of what the program is and how to use it. I’m so excited to be helping Osaka’s fabulous restaurants while eating delicious food!<\/p>\n

In summary, the Go To Eat program is a limited time measure aimed at helping the restaurant industry, which has been heavily impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Subsidies are being provided to participating restaurants \u00a0by the Japanese Government’s Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries.<\/p>\n

I love eating out and now the government is footing 30% of the bill. What a deal! I am a huge fan of this new program.
\nIf you are concerned about the risk of contracting Covid while dining out, don’t worry. Only restaurants that are following the Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries infection prevention guidelines are able to participate in the program.<\/p>\n

To take advantage of Go To Eat OSAKA and get your 25\uff05, you’ll need to know how the program works.
\nOnce you understand how the program works, you can save a lot of money.<\/p>\n

The first thing to know about the Go To Eat OSAKA program is how to use the dining vouchers.<\/p>\n

Up to 2 sets of vouchers can be purchased at a time.
\nOne set, with a value of \u00a513,000, costs \u00a510,000. That means you save 3,000 for every \u00a510,000 you spend.

In each set of vouchers, there are a combination of \u00a5500 vouchers and \u00a51,000 vouchers for a total of \u00a513,000. You can use multiple vouchers at a time for dining in, and in some establishments for takeout or delivery.<\/p>\n

Vouchers can be purchased and redeemed during the following sales periods. Please be aware that some purchasing periods have sold out quickly, so make your purchase as early as possible.<\/p>\n

| Reserve Online and Earn Points<\/h2>\n

This may be the biggest deal of all. When you make reservations online you can earn \u00a5500 in points when you visit a restaurant for lunch and \u00a51,000 in points when you visit a restaurant for dinner.<\/p>\n

\n\u2461Receive \u00a5500 in points when you dine at that restaurant for lunch.

You can earn points again and again.<\/p>\n

Here is another example of how to earn and use points.<\/p>\n

\uff1c I took my friends Bob and Manabu to dinner and earned \u00a53,000 in points. Then I can use those points to get a \u00a53,000 discount on lunch with my friend Clara and earn new points.\uff1e<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\u2461Enjoy a fun dinner for 3 and earn \u00a53,000 in points.
\n\u2462Use the points to receive a discount at an eligible restaurant for lunch with a friend. Then earn an additional \u00a51,000 at the same time.<\/p>\n
