Exhibits give visitors a glimpse of what life was like in the city during the Edo, Meiji, Taisho, and Showa periods. The most dramatic of the exhibits is the life-sized recreation of a fictional Osaka neighborhood from 1830\u20131844. Walk through the streets to get a realistic feel of what life was like in the old city.<\/p>\n<p>*The museum is undergoing rennovations until fall 2022.
