This gorgeous observation deck is located on the upper floors of Abeno Harukas, Japan's tallest building. The observation deck looks out over Osaka with 360 degree views from 300 meters high. When the sky is clear, you can see all the way to Kyoto, Akashi, Awajishima and Kansai International Airport. There is also a cafe, restaurant and event space on the premises. Enjoy a relaxing time in this popular attraction in the Tennoji area.
